Consultancy - About Us Our consultancy is focused on the integration of strategy and implementation to meet the challenges of the Children Act 2004 and the Childcare Act 2006. We believe that children’s centres, extended services and childcare and early years should join up to provide integrated solutions for families and early interventions for those that need and/or demand it. Consultancy projects include: a range of development projects – quality mentoring, workforce development, out of school development, and voluntary management committee support; direct delivery of planning; partner facilitation and consultation; children and young people’s plans; children’s workforce development plans (we are approved consultants for the Children’s Workforce Development Council – CWDC); early years and childcare development and strategy. |
