Our research team has extensive experience in project evaluation and in auditing the childcare market. They are currently engaged in delivering childcare sufficiency assessments to support local authorities to meet the duty within the Childcare Act 2006, auditing the needs, demands, and supply of childcare as well as forecasting future trends for the local childcare markets.
With the move to children’s centres, our evaluation work has changed from sure start local programme evaluation to children’s centre evaluations and consultation projects (partners, parents/carers and children/young people’s consultations).
